Report on Cleanliness Programme A Cleanliness Programme was organized by NSS Unit. The motto of the programme was ‘Students Against Dirt’. The cleanliness is much more important in the eco-frank environment was the gist of their speeches. Around Fifty volunteers of NSS Unit along with teachers and staffs participated in the programme. The whole college campus was cleansed. After that a lunch party was arranged. 2024-02-13
Report on Road Safety Awarness Programme 2024 A Road Safety Awareness Programme was organized by NSS, Political Science and IQAC of Sapatgram College in collaboration with Sapatgram Police Station in the Smart Classroom on 08/02/2024. The Programme was resourced by Purusattam Kr. Singh, OC, SPX PS, Angarag Chetry, SI, SPX PS and Abu Bakkar Siddique, UBC. Report on Road Safety Awarness Programme A Road Safety Awarness Programme was organized by NSS Unit and Yuva Tourism Club in collaboration with MG Motors Honda, Dhubri Branch on 01-12-2023 at Sapatgram College Premises. Report on Special Lecture Programme on Child Abuse and Social Responsibility A Special Lecture Programme on “Child Abuse and Social Responsibility” was organized by NSS Unit in collaboration with Dept. of Political Science, English and Women Cell of Sapatgram College. The Programme was resourced by Arunabh Dev Sharma, Consultant, Kailash Satyarthi Foundation, Kokrajhar and Program Secretary, BAARD-NGO, Kokrjhar. Report on Marathon Race on the Occasion of National Unity Day A Marathon Race was organized to observe the National Unity Day (Rastriya Ekta Divas) on 31st October 2023 at the college campus by NSS Unit and Scout & Guide in collaboration with Major Games (SCSUC-2023). The programme was officially inaugurated by the Vice-Principal cum Academic Officer Mr. Mahabul Hoque Chowdhury and Mrs. Rita Malakar, Librarian of Sapatgram College. International Yoga Day Celebration NSS Unit and Scout & Guide of Sapatgram College have jointly observed 9th International Yoga Day in the Smart Classroom of Sapatgram College. The programme was started at 6:00 AM onwards. Mr. Akhil Chandra Das was invited as Yoga Instructor. Mr. Mahabul Hoque Choudhury, Academic Officer, NSS Programme Officer Mr. Saiful Sheikh, Scout & Guide’s Ranger Leader, Mrs. Trishna Bhuyan, and other faculty members along with 30 students were present in the programme. 0000-00-00
NSS Special Camp, 2023 NSS Unit of Sapatgram College organized a Special Camp in the adopted village Rabantari from 29th March to 4th April following the all criteria of NSS. Seventy volunteers in number participated in the programme. White Tree Trunk Project The NSS Unit of Sapatgram College has taken several initiatives among them the “White Tree Trunk Project” is one of them. The volunteers of the unit arranged a day-long programme on 09/10/2022 in whitening the tree trunks of the college campus. 10 kilos of white Putin was mixed up with water and used for the whitening 2022-10-09
Marathon Race Competition A Marathon Race was organized by the NSS unit in collaboration with IQAC, Sapatgram College in order to celebrate National Unity Day on 31st October 2022 from 11:00am onwards. Both Girls and Boys, more than 80 students participated in the Marathon Race. The race was covered approximately 5 KM. 1st and 2nd prizes were given to both Boys and Girls group. Tobacco Free Educational Institution Prgramme NSS Unit of Sapatgram College in collaboration with District Tobacco Control Cell (NTCP) Kokrajhar and Assam Cancer Care Foundation jointly organized a sensitization programme on “Tobacco Free Educational Institution” on 29/09/2022 at Smart Classroom of the college. NSS Day Celebration 2022 NSS Unit of Sapatgram College celebrated its 53rd NSS Foundation Day at Sapatgram College on 24th September 2022. On that day the volunteers actively participated in the plantation, more than 10 saplings were planted, the campus was cleansed and the NSS application form was distributed for the session of 2022-23. 2022-09-24

One Week Painting Festival & Environment Day Celebration On the occasion of “World Environment Day” NSS unit in collaboration with IQAC of Sapatgram College on 5th June 2022 has organized two programmes simultaneously. One is ‘Tree Plantation Drive’ which was started at 9:00 am following by this, a lecture session was arranged on Environment Awareness. Principal, Dr. Rajeshwar Prasad Singh delivered a valuable lecture on preserving and conserving the sustainable environment. Cleanliness Programme A Cleanliness Programme was organized by NSS Unit in association with IQAC, Sapatgram College under SWACHHATA ACTION PLAN on 13/08/2021. The motto of the programme was ‘Youth Against Dirt and Pandemic’. The programme started at 10 AM. There was also a brief speech by the Principal Dr Rajeshwar Prasad Singh and Programme Officer Mr Saiful Sheikh on Cleanliness. E-Waste Collection and Management Drive The NSS unit of Sapatgram College conducted an “E-Waste Collection and Management” drive on 27-03-2023 at its college campus. Volunteers of this unit collected around 100 electronic tools from its offices. Around 15 volunteers have been involved in this drive. These electronic wastes were stored in a separate room to sell for their recycling process. 2023-03-27
